No Matter How Often You Tried Or Failed…

You may say: “I have been here before.” In fact, many of my clients express skepticism when I ask them to enter one of my weight loss programs. Why would it work this time when they have tried and failed – often more than once?

In truth, keeping to a healthy and weight-conscious lifestyle does not have to be complicated. There are, however, a few fundamental principles you must understand:

First: It does take commitment and stamina for any health program to succeed. You probably knew that already. Success comes in small portions – literally and otherwise. Instead of going for a quick fix, I prefer an approach of many little steps. In the long run, this works better than radical “diet solutions.”

Second: I want to take you back to the basics. Successfull weight loss is largely a matter of eating right, not starving yourself. Counting calories and portion sizes combined with regular exercise are important, but so is the variety and quality of the foods you eat.

Third: No diet program can succeed if it is not right for you! Understanding who you are, what makes you tick and what turns you off is a crucial component of your success.

Over a time period of only twelve weeks, I will guide you through the necessary steps to become finally successfull at weight loss.  Success means not only that you lose a few pounds as quickly as possible to fit back in your favorite jeans or swim suit.
